I help women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves create more freedom, in their business, their life, and who they’re allowed to be.

I do this work because I’ve lived it.

For years, everything in my life looked “fine,” yet inside I felt lost. I was running a business that didn’t feel aligned, trying to keep up with everyone else’s expectations, and missing the moments with my family that I could never get back.
At one point, I looked at myself and thought: “I don’t even recognise who I am anymore.”

That moment became the catalyst for everything I do now.

I stripped things back.
I rebuilt my life from truth instead of pressure.
And I chose freedom, in my time, my work, and my identity.

Now, I support women who are ready to do the same.
