What is a nervous system reset class?

This isn't a class you simply attend. It's a space you move through from wherever your day has left you, into something quieter and truer.

Using three breathwork techniques and a deeply guided visualisation, each session takes you on a complete journey from activation through to stillness.

Each week carries a different theme safety, release, receiving, identity, expansion, trust  so every session is a complete experience in itself, and returning each week feels like going a layer deeper.

Your journey through the hour

Land · A grounding arrival ritual to transition from your day and settle into the room.

Release ·  Gentle somatic movement to soften the body and discharge what you've been carrying.

Conscious connected breath · The activating breathwork pattern circular, continuous, releasing what's held deep.

4-6 breath · A transitional breath that begins to slow the system and create space between activation and stillness.

Box breathing · A regulating breath pattern to settle and contain mind quiet, body held.

Guided visualisation and meditation · A deeply held meditation that meets you where the breath left off. This is the most transformative part of the hour.

My work blends breathwork, nervous system regulation and guided meditation to create real, embodied change. The Nervous System Reset class is the heart of that work, held in a small, intimate group where something genuinely shifts every single week.
