Nervous System Reset Breathwork & Guided Meditation This weekly class is a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Many of us move through life constantly holding everything together — work, family, responsibilities, expectations. Over time the body can stay in a constant state of stress or alert, which can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Nervous System Reset is designed to gently support your body back into a state of regulation and calm. In this class we use conscious connected breathwork, a powerful breathing technique that helps release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of safety within the body. This is followed by a guided meditation to help integrate the experience and allow the body and mind to settle. You may experience: • deep relaxation • emotional release • clarity and mental calm • a sense of grounding and safety • improved connection with your body Each session is slightly different but always held in a safe, supportive environment where you can simply arrive as you are. This class is suitable whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with nervous system practices. What to bring • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • A blanket for warmth • Water • An open mind Spaces are limited to 10 people to keep the experience calm, personal and supportive.
